The Tower/Antenna Managegement System (TAMS) is broken down into individual management pages that will be linked together as data is entered. The person and organization managers are divided into two separate categories, the "users" and the "customers". The "users" are those who have been granted access and assigned a username and password to the TAMS application. This group typically includes managers, employees, maintenance personnel and inspectors. Each "user" can be assigned "rights" to access and exclude access to different portions of the application. The second group will consist of storing "customer" information and data. Customers can include contact people, site owners, equipment owners, frequency owners, certificate owners and organizations. Each customer is then linked to the appropriate equipment, location, frequency or certificate.
